We’ve been with BOIP for a year now and we have no complaints. We have great signal strength and speed. This week was the first time our internet has been out for more than a day. I returned our MoFi and received a newly configured MoFi the next day. I had trouble connecting our new device so I messaged them for help and was contacted within 2 hours. I spoke with Kendrick who was very helpful and was able to get us back up and running! I know not everyone has the same experience but we have been very pleased.
